About the Event
Our annual Halloween Haunt is the biggest celebration of the year, drawing 700–1,500 visitors for an evening of Trunk or Treat, Haunted House fun, games, food, a costume contest, and shopping. We are currently accepting craft and dessert vendors only.
Vendor Setup Details
Arrival & Setup:
Gates open for vendor setup at 2:00 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up by 4:00 PM to be ready for the 5:00 PM opening.
Entry & Parking:
Enter through the parking-lot gate where volunteers will guide you.
Unload your items, then park—the lot fills quickly, so plan accordingly.
Lighting & Power
This is a night event, so bring your own lighting to create that perfect spooky glow.
If you need access to electricity, indicate this on your vendor form.
Generators are strongly recommended if you have one.
This is a Family-friendly atmosphere, so bring your loved ones!
Each vendor receives complimentary Haunted House tickets as a thank-you for participating.
