The Pomona Catholic School Theatre Program reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding advertisement placement in the program book. All submitted materials are subject to approval by the PC Theatre Program. Advertising fees are non-refundable. The PC Theatre Program is not responsible for any errors or omissions in advertisements. The advertiser agrees to assume responsibility for the advertisement and to hold the PC Theatre Program, its agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from the advertisement’s content. This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties; no verbal agreements will be acknowledged.
